DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY
We use Fedex/TNT to deliver orders quickly across the UK. Deliveries can be made to UK & Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver any orders to PO Boxes.
Delivery takes 2-3 working days.
A signature is required upon delivery on all orders.
Any order received before 12pm will be with you within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Our working days are Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
RETURNS POLICY AND FAQS
We hope that you will love everything you buy from Nina Murati. However, if this is not the case, we promise to refund or exchange any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging along with your delivery note & returns form. Please do not remove any labels or tags.

As long as the goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving your package.
We recommend using a recorded delivery service with a trusted courier so your goods are insured to their full value and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
